Default NEED HELP - EVO Pro Series Front Bumper

Hi everyone,

Just received my new EVO bumper back from the powder coater and am looking on install it Saturday morning.
However I've just realised whilst reading through the instructions that I didn't order a vacuum pump relocation kit.

Does anyone know if I can install the bumper without it? Or if I can 'relocate' the pump by cable tieing it elsewhere for the time being?

Cheers

Yes, cut the bracket as needed and move the vacuum pump out of the way until your kit comes in.

Awesome, thank you. Should I be concerned with it being cable tied elsewhere? Not gonna lie, I don't really know what the vacuum pump does... lol

While I don't personally have a vacuum pump, I've seen it ziptied to the sway bar until the kit arrived.

The Pentastar doesn't produce enough vacuum for the brake booster so you've got the pump there to assist it.

Ah right gotcha, that's good to know! And thanks for the feed back, I'll make sure to post pics of the bar once installed
