Default The budget friendly upgrade to 37" tires for a pavement princess

So I've been doing so much research that I'm now confused . I want to let it be known that this Jeep is a straight pavement princess , never off road and probably won't see off road , if anything a small trail but that might not even happen.ive had 4 wranglers , this one for 4 years and I'm just not an off roader
I love the look of 37's on a jku and I'm gonna just pull the trigger on it . You can see the current setup in my sig . I want to make sure this rides great on road so here's where I'm at with parts

Steering / suspension/ axle parts I'm looking at
- yeti top mount drag link , which front TB bracket should I get with this? Anything needed for the rear? Currently has the mopar 3" lift bracket from the kit in the rear
- yeti HD tie rod

- 1" spacers for rear and 1.5 for the front ( has a slight rake with my mopar stage 3 lift

want to make sure steering is nice and tight and the drive is nice, any advice on anything I might be forgetting . Down the road I might truss and sleeve but being that I'm not off road I'm not too worried ,this is how I was going to start and go from there

1.25" TF body lift... Flat Fenders, trim rear wheel well pinch seam and trim or replace rear bumper. Can't see your profile here but if your Jeep is the older 3.8 version I would suggest 5.13 gears.

10-4 on trimming pinch seam
Are you saying The body lift instead of spacers?
Also I have the psc rock-brawler w tire carrier , I've seen people run 37's with the same bumper and no modifications

I don't see why you'd need more lift than you've already got for 37's unless you're opposed you trimming the flares back. I ran my friend's 37*13.5's on the street for a few months on my 2.5" kit. Full lock and some turn would rub on the Rubi rails but I'm not ruling out that it's because of the 13.5" width.

I honestly didn't want to lift but my 2 reasons are
- i need to fix the rake , its killing me
- I thought that with the factory flares it might be too tight with 37's

Yes, full factory flares and 37's is absurdly tight. I get the extra lift now. Even then you'll want to check your rear bumpstops to make sure you don't contact them when you hit the speed bumps.

RK 3.5" springs, 1.25" body lift and full factory flares.... not absurdly tight at all.

For a 2007 with a 3.8L engine, I would recommend going with an even higher gear. I have 5.38 in my D44's with 37" tires and anything less would suck. If you go with 4.88 you will have to resort to turning the overdrive off when you are on the highway.

Sounds like you have a good plan.

I did th stock axle and 37s 3.8L for about 3 years total between the 2 JKUs I've had. First one (08) I went 5.13, 2nd 4.88, both with juice trans and 37s. Flat land and 4.88s is fine.
