Default Poison Spyder hood louver

So I ordered my hood louver from Northridge that "fits your 2010 Jk Rubicon". Well the model I received has only 1 spot for 1 windshield washer nozzle.

My 2010 has 2 nozzles for some reason. Poison spyder shows that 2013+ have 2 nozzles and 2007-2012 have 1. My luck I suppose. Didn't even think it check and honestly nothing of the sort crossed my mind when ordering. Only saw that one option.

I don't really want to return it. What do you guys think? Just run 1 washer?

Can you just drill or cut a hole for the other nozzle? It's just thin aluminum shouldn't be too hard.

I could. The the single hole that's on it now is centered though. So it would look off

That is weird. I have a 2010 Rubicon and had one nozzle when I installed my hood louver. If I was you I would cut two new holes. It's not like your not gonna be cutting holes in the hood anyway.

I did buy the jeep in Colorado so maybe the hood was replaced from hail damage. And My top never leaks no matter how hard it's raining..hmm maybe I'm on to something!

I've got a late June 2010 build and only 1 nozzle. Someone had your hood replaced in the past.

The 2 nozzles are "supposed" to clean better but if you go under the hood and remove the T fitting and the second line then you'll be back to a single nozzle. No extra holes, no mess, no fuss. If you don't like the single nozzle spray then you can always add a second nozzle.

If it were me.....think I'd just convert back to 1 nozzle. Cutting new holes to have the 2 nozzles spaced properly and leaving that pre-cut spot for the 1 nozzle would drive me crazy.

^^^What resharp001 said. I've never had the two nozzles, my 2012 has the single and it does fine.
