Default JCR Vanguard flares

Hi,

Has anyone got experience with the JCR flares for the JK wrangler?
Specifically the Vanguard (wide) set.

I'm looking at buying a set very soon but would just like some people's opinions/feedback on them

Cheers!
Aaron

Hey man, I have a set of the standard width. All I can say is be patient and if your holes aren't lined up don't shy from calling their tech support. I had to do a ton of grinding on the steel spacer plates that mount to the body. My flares were super mismatched, which I found is a common issue with them. Also be sure to get the drill bit that's called out for the nut sert or you'll have a hell of a time setting them. I was shorted the tool and a few fasteners from northridge so it would be good to verify that also. Quality wise other than what I've said about fitment, they're great. They look awesome.

We are a JCR dealer, and while we love the finished product, installation can be challenging for these. The thing is, once they're on they look great and can take a serious beating. Definitely one of the toughest flares of this type available. We say that it's worth the headache, but be prepared to have to have a fussy installation.
