I get new tires every 3-4 years (earlier if they ever wore down), including spare and rotate my spare in so for me covers are like stickers, a statement

Back when I had a stock TJ, I never liked the idea of a cover on my stock tires. Since then I upgraded to a JK with 35's, and you just don't typically see tire covers on anything bigger than stock.

I also have a StickerShield on my spare so I have a place to attach my stickers. I've even heard of customers who have stock tires and want to keep their cover on because they live in really sunny areas, which makes sense, but then they also put a StickerShield on. To make it work, they just poked a couple of holes in the cover for the attachment parts.

Full disclosure - I created the StickerShield and sell it on my website at rockfacegear.com.
