So I have been noticing a touch of resistance at full lock 2wd occasionally after the axle swap. Went out today and after I got home noticed this Click image for larger version

I'm guessing the fix is a washer on the steering stop? For reference it's a Currie housing, ten factory crmo shafts

Had the exact same problem with our setup. Ten Factory shafts were binding up really bad.

We had to shave quite a bit of extra metal off the shafts with a dremel and also add 3 or 4 washers to the steering stops to fix the problem.

I do not, sorry. Luckily for us, Ten Factory was right next to us at the vendor show at EJS, so they looked at them in person. I only shaved the metal off the outside ears, NOT the inside. Basically they were manufactured with too much metal, so by shaving them down you are just getting back to the way they were supposed to be and not weakening them. I would take a little bit off, rotate the tires and wheels and just kept going until they had clearance. You do want to remedy it soon, because if it keeps binding your joints will prematurely fail.
