Looking for opinions on the Tera 2.5 full kit, springs, shocks, etc, Not the BB kit.

Is anyone using this kit yet? How much '"true" lift does it give? How does it ride compared to stock.

Also has anyone seen it on on vendors sites?

Well, the 1251000 is the kit I got and it is the HD kit (wish i'd known that before hand) did not come with rear springs nor rear trackbar bracket, despite what the catalog shows. From what I learned after I recieved it, it is designed for people who intended to put on after market bumper and wench. I found I write up on another board (******* I think), and this guy loves the ride but said it put the front 3/4 of an inch higher than the rear. I guess once the front bumper w/ winch is installed the front will be level with the rear. When I spoke with Dave and ordered my lift there was no mention of this kit being this way. So I hope when I speak to him tomorrow, he will let me send the springs back in exchange for the pucks because I do not plan on getting an after market bumper.

may be a dumb ?, but is teraflex plus the same as teraflex, because they seem to be higher in price.

I'm still a bit confused if the kit comes with 4 springs, or just the front? Maybe Tera will see this post and chime in???

 

Sorry guess I wasn't clear enough. The catalog shows 4 but it only comes with the front 2.

The rear puck will raise the rear 2.5" the front springs will place the front 3/4 of an inch higher than the rear.

 

Teraflex does indeed have a full 4 corner 2.5" coil lift coming (not the BB or HD BB). I got word from Dave at Northridge they were estimating 4 weeks or so before TF was shipping them.

 

That would be just about what I am looking for!

 

Any reason you are not looking at OME or Rusty's?
