Default any install advice for arb deluxe bumper?

Hey everyone,

I have an arb deluxe bumper here to install along with a warn 9k lb winch. I was wondering if you guys have install tips or areas I need to look for as I install it? I'm going to be putting the factory fog lights in the bumper as well. Thanks.

I wish there was a write up for the lights. I am having a devil of a time with them.

I got some pics of my install. I tried to take some pics of where I thought th instructions were weak.

LIKE The nuts and bolts for each step.

Here are the ones to attach the fog lites to the fog lite brackets (7mm nut)
BTW...Lots of hardware is in the box labled "crush can extensions" ( more than just crush can stuff)

and heres how they look installed in the brakets. Make sure the adjusters on the back point down.

These are the bolts to attach the fog lite brackets to the bumper: (13mm bolt & 12mm nut)

These are the main bolts to attach the bumper to the frame horn: (17mm bolt)

And dont forget to install ths gasket in the turn signals

I got more, but my kids bugging me.

gota go

I shoulda had some beers. It would of made the process more fun. But, at least I have it on now. and FYI, the turn signals do not stay luminated. So, don't waste a couple of hours trying to figure out what you did wrong. They just blink when needed.

The guy that wired mine up said pitch the wire harnes to the signals , its over kill with them only blinking and wired them direct to the loom above the blinker.. HE unpluged the loom from the light and the push in gromet above the blinker and pulled the loom up to the engine compartment spliced in then heat shrinked everything, then brought it back down reconected and BAM WE HAVE BLINKERS......

We wired mine so they are parking lights. I sort of wish we would have wired them to be blinkers too.

I did that at first. I am thinking about doing that again and making the side marker an additional blinker.
