How well do these things handle in mud?

They appear to be one of the best all around tires and I'm reading (In a brochure) that they are rated "Good" in mud, "Good" on rocks, "Excellent" in snow, "Good" on pavement and "Excellent" in rain.

But they dont look THAT aggressive for mud.. and here in Kentucky, mud is everywhere.

I had a set on my Dodge Ram CTD. They are a very good overall tire, quiet on the highway, good in the snow, good on gravel roads, sand and a excellent wearing tire.

The mud....the LOON SHIT (CLAY GUMBO). If the type of mud you drive through down in Kentucky is like this.... then FC-II's are not the greatest compared to a mud-tire like Toyo M/T's, Baja Claw MTZ's & Cooper STT's. However, if you are not keen on a Mud-tire...the Dick Cepek FC-II, I found was the best All-terrain tire I have had on any vehicle and got many comments on the tires looks and it's got me through some nasty off-roading holes.
