2013 Jeep Wrangler JKU Limp Mode

2013 Jeep Wrangler JKU Limp Mode
I have a 2103 JKU. Gone in to limp mode with 4th gear ratio error. I can clear the DTCs and it will run perfect through the gears one time.
Then after that it want go last 4th.
Does not have 1st or 5th(OD)
I have changed the Transmission output speed sensor module and sensor.
Have stock 3:73 gears and 35 tires.
Been that way since I got it 2 years ago.
Just started a month ago.
I have been trying to research to see if there is an input speed sensor that could be bad. But can find anything about one.
Any suggestions.
