Question MPG, the age old question mud vs size, or something like that.

Hello Everybody

this is my first post here, I have been looking for a while but time has come to get a second set of tyres......

currently have 35” coopers on my 2017jk rubicon 2 door. Aside from the noise they are great

i am looking to get a second set of 33” road tyres (geo lander or something similar)

what likley change am i am I going to see in changing tyre size and tyre type on my mpg? Any indication would be helpful.

Tyres and and wheels are expensive over here

thanks all

I moved from 33's to 35's and lost 1mpg. Driving habits are the best way to fix mpg and I ended up buying a set of stock wheels to burn up instead of wasting my 35's on the pavement daily. It "looks" cool but $300 vs $1500.....looks aren't what it's all about. As a side note- I was getting 15mpg with 35's and beadlocks, I now get 20 doing the same style of driving.
