Default Recycle the Dealership Tire Cover
I refused to use the free tire cover that had the dealership advertisement on it. After touching up my bumper with flat black paint I gave the cover a shot and now have a reasonably nice, ad free, tire cover! The paint has survived three weeks of sun and rain with no sign of deteriorating.

I would get rid of those horns and then ur all set
