Default Reliability Poll - What lift, tires and how many mi?

I would like to see what kind of overall reliability people are getting with the different lift kit and tire combinations.

Those of you that have 35 or 37" tires, how many miles have you put on your vehicles without anything breaking? could care less about squeeking or anything like that... I'm talking broken U-joints, driveshafts, axles, etc... Please list your tire size, lift kit and amount and if you are running aftermarket shafts. Please also list what you were doing during the break. For instance, if you have 37's but broke your driveshaft from hitting a bus full of nuns, that's different from it breaking just driving down the road. This is going to determine the direction I go from here. Any additional comments you feel that pertain to the reliability of your setup would be welcome (i.e., daily driver).

12000 miles on my lift, tires, and driveshafts. 17000 miles on the Jeep total. No real significant issues, knock on wood. Grease zerk on my front drive shaft slip joint is loose / stripped
