look at the Ace fender liners and the little LED they use. I have not looked at the DV8 liners but I suspect you could get a very similar light from https://www.superbrightleds.com/ or someplace and that it would fit the same hole.

Those little 3/4" LED's are pretty common and you can get a pack from Amazon cheaper than any of the companies that buy them and put them in a bag to sell to you.
Alternatively, Walmart trailer lights work well if you'd actually like people to see your turn signals. I put some rectangular amber lights in the fender liner of a TJ with Metalcloak flares and you can actually see them during the day.
