Default New lift rides harsh / ome vs synergy springs?

So I installed a 2" lift with OME springs(front part no: 2616) (rear part no: 2617) and Rancho 9000 shocks. I've set the front shocks to 3 and the rear to 5 i believe. It probably rides slightly better than stock. I think it's the springs, do they need time to settle in? If not what do you guys think of synergy springs?

One of the main reasons I installed the lift was to get a more smooth ride. But it's still harsh.

I've had it properly aligned, tyre pressure is sitting at 34psi
(285 75r17 measure 33" mounted

Hey Digger, Kiwi guy here. Get rid of those shit tires if you are 4 wheeling through bull dust or that red mud over there.

Your tires are likely the issue. you are running a heavy duty E rated tire made for heavy duty trucks that haul heavy loads. I would start by dropping the psi down to 28 and try it. You may have to a little less. When those wear out make sure you are looking at a C rated tire that will give you a better ride and will hood up better off road as far as traction is concerned when aired down.

I agree on 28psi even 26psi in 285/75-17 e range tires. I have run several sets in that size toyos and coopers and never more than 28psi and find them smooth. It is near impossible to find bigger tires in C range altho a few are making them. I know Nitto does and the bfg ko2 in 315/70-17 can be had in C or E. I am odd in I prefer E rated tires but most of my wheeling is in Montana where rocks are sharp and the sticks are too. Lots of down timber with sharp branches. In 8 years of wheeling with E and D rated tires I have never had a puncture nor has any in my group that were running E range tires. Not saying it can't happen but so far so good.

As far as coils go try loading your jeep down with an extra 500lbs and see how it feels.

You guys might have a point, so i dropped it down to 27psi and it still drives very similar to when I had the standard Goodyear wranglers on. I'm definitely not satisfied with the ride quality. Hence why I originally wanted to install the Evo plush ride 3" coils, all I wanted was a smooth ride over corrugated roads and pot holes. This lift is far from smooth even with the standard tyres I had on.

Any suggestions, I really don't want to blow more money, I guess I could try selling the shocks and springs and buy the Evo plush springs and what ever else I need.

again try adding 400-500lbs in the back and see how that feels. might soften up things quicker that way. If you get a nice ride you know the coils are probably too stiff.
