Thieves Steal Custom Jeep Built to Raise Money for Cancer Patients
Oh man this is a terrible story. It sounds like these jerks were just out for destruction. Ugh. The Jeep is insured, but none of the aftermarket parts are covered. It's probably being parted out on CL as we speak...
I'm with JEEPIE. A thief would have to strip that paint off asap as it is unique and someone would recognize it as the stolen vehicle. And then they would most likely have to do it themselves for same reasons.
Police in Chattanooga, Tennessee are asking people to be on the lookout for two vehicles stolen from the Austin Hatcher Foundation, a charity organization that provides services to pediatric cancer patients and their families. Shareitvidmate
Sad story but happy ending. Looks like they just took bolt on stuff out of the Jeep. Even left the expensive door hinges alone. The right thing is to have the insurance company donate the Jeep back to the organisation and let them rebuild it for re-raffle. Call it "Phoenix" which means rise from the ashes.
