Default Swapping from Sport to Rubicon springs/shocks?

Hey all. I have a ‘16 JKU. Friend of mine upgraded his ‘16 JKUR to a different lift/suspension. flats in dahisar He has a set of Rubicon springs and shocks now that he’s willing to give me. 1 bhk in mulund Pretty sure I can do the mechanical, just want to know about fit. Does this work as a straight swap? Will I need other parts/hardware? Will the height be different? How will it ride? Any advice appreciated. real estate consulting company

Straight swap, potentially a small ride height difference. Check the tag numbers on both to get a good idea. There's an entire thread about 900 pages long on swapping between stock coils.

It would not be worth the time and effort. The Rubicon does not have special springs that are different from the other models unless it is a Recon or 10th anniversary which had a slightly taller coil.

very likely the springs will be the same if your rigs are equipped similar ie hard tops auto etc. The shocks tho are a little bit of an upgrade and worth swapping if yours has more miles than his.

Not worth even the time to think about it much less do it IMO. If your factory shocks were completely blown then maybe swap shocks for free, but I wouldn't even waste my time swapping shocks if yours are still good. Maybe hold on to the rubi shocks for later down the road if you're sticking with factory.

Agree with above. The only time swapping to other factory springs provides any measurable benefit is if you swap 4-door springs onto a 2-door.

The factory shocks wear out so fast that that's pretty pointless as well, unless yours are blown and his are very low mileage. My Rubi shocks on my 2-door were completely shot before I had 30,000 miles.
