Default Car stalls out sometimes

I was going about 60mph in my 2012 jk and I had accelerated relatively hard due to the on coming traffic I continued driving for another half mile and even stopped at a light and right after the light as I was accelerating (normally) around 25mph the car killed or (died) so I pulled into a parking-lot quickly where I let it sit for 15 mins(I’ve had this issue before and I did this and it came back to life) then as I expected it came back to life any ideas what’s up?

Okay, yeah, interpreting what happened is a bit confusing. By killed I assume you mean died, and I'm assuming a few pauses (we call them "periods" and "commas" here in the rest of the U.S.) that help to better understand what you wrote. And I'm going to assume that Manuel is not someone who I can't figure out what he has to do with this, but rather means you have a manual transmission. And I'm not certain if your vehicle returns to life in a second, as the text says, or 30 minutes, as the post title reads.

Regardless, if all of that makes sense to you, I have also experienced where my 2007 JK died while rolling along. I was able to push the clutch in, turn the ignition off and on, then let the clutch out and it immediately restarted. I had it at other times where it shut down at a stop light. Usually it would start again immediately. One time it took about ten minutes. Each of these incidents the horn beeped, the windshield wipers (front and rear) swept across the glass, and the dash lit up like Christmas. All effects were cleared upon restart (though the wipers stayed wherever they were when I shut down the ignition). I spent a great deal of time trying to figure out if it was the TIPM. I checked all fuse and relays, reseated everything pulled the TIPM up and cleaned out and reinserted the connectors on the bottom of it at least a half dozen times over about 75,000 miles of my Jeep's life (currently at 268,000 miles). In the end, I never came up with anything positive that fixed it. However, it has been about 100,000 miles since I last had this happen. So, I suggest that you take a look at the TIPM. Clean it up. Maybe use a bit of dielectric grease to prevent water entry on the connectors. Be patient. If your Jeep won't restart, disconnecting the battery negative cable for a minute, then reconnecting usually clears the problem. If your Jeep is like mine, this will pass. If it persists, I suggest doing a search on TIPM problems on the forum. There are a number of threads on this subject.

Hey, if Manuel is actually a person, please offer him my apologies for not recognizing that. But I still don't know what he had to do with your issue. ;-)

Sounds like partial fuel blockage/perhaps fuel pump on the way out. Perhaps a blockage might drift back into the tank and away you go again until the suction of the pump pulls the "lets assume" blockage back into the suction side. What codes are you getting or have you not scanned yet? I had an old car waaaaayyyy back in my younger days growing up in New Zealand that did the same thing and that was what the problem was.
