I finally for one of these for Christmas. I've been wanting one for a while but was hesitant about the size, quality etc. First off, it's REALLY easy to put together. I think 11 bolts total. Secondly, it weighs about 70lbs and seems sturdy as hell. I missed trash pickup on the day after Christmas so I took it for a ride today! 7 full bags of trash and plenty of room for more.

 

That thing sure looks better than my HF special. It shakes all over the place and you constantly feel the load shifting. No matter how tight you get the bolts, they're never tight enough.....or you start caving in the framework on the basket.
