Default JK Rear End Clunking Post Control Arm Upgrade

I just upgraded my 2012 JK Rear Control Arms and the outcome is less than desirable to say the least. I have a clunking or binding sound/thump coming out of the right rear and an odd oscillating motion coming from the rear of the jeep when I go over bumps and even cracks in the highway. At interstate speeds if just feels unstable. The shop that installed is telling me that it’s normal for a Jeep, that they are just sloppy. This is not my first Jeep and I know how they should drive, and this is not correct. 3 1/2” lift 35” tires, all Terraflex components.

Any ideas on potential starting points to debug? I’m going to do a quick measurement tomorrow to check my thrust angle.

Make sure everything is properly torqued. Control arms and track bars

I bet they torqued everything with the suspension drooped. At ride height with the jeep's weight on the coils loosen all the control arm bolts and the track bar bolts then re-torque them to spec.

Any professional person that says this is a pos that ain't worth crap and doesn't know jack shit.

+1 on the above. If it were me, I would loosen anything those idiots touched and torque to spec properly. As Dirtman highlights, under weight of the jeep, not while suspended.
