Default Jasper Reman 3.8 Oil Change?

I recently moved and cannot find my warranty paperwork for the 3.8 Jasper re-manufactured engine we swapped in the 2007JKU.

I remember talking to the sales rep a while back and her saying the recommendation from the warranty department was 5-20 semi synthetic.

does anyone know for certain what it calls for?

and,,,, every 3000 miles or 5000?

thanks.

5w-20 is the specified oil for Jeeps from Jeep. A reman engine should use the original recommendations.

Best solution, Call Jasper Tech or warranty dept. IMO any oil meeting FCA Jeep certification should not void the warranty. Save receipts.
