Default M19 blown fuse #5 cylinder buring cool pack

I have a 2015 Wrangler. It is blowing m19 fuse and also the #5 coil pack smokes. When I first saw it I thought may have bad coil pack so I replaced it. No luck it smoked the new coil pack. I pulled the plug off of thw coil pack and changed thw fuse and it dont blow the fuse. I checked it with a multi meter and found 14.5 volts on the black wire with white stripe while it was running. The wires dont look burned. Dont know where to go next. If I knew what pin on the computer it was I would run a new wire
make sure it was not shorted some where
anybody have any answers? I have read a lot of post but never saw a conclusive answer.

New here and just seen your post. I have a 2012 and having same issue with cylinder 2. Keeps blowing coil pack and m19 fuse. I replaced the coil pack twice with Delphi from autozone and fuse and still same result. I towed to a garage to see if they can figure it out. Did you ever find you problem?
Thank you
