Default 2009 JKU Rubicon stock lockers won't engage

Hey guys, just did some service and repairs on my front axle (Dana 44). Needed new U-joints, inner axle seals and wheel bearings. I am no mechanic, but I can perform this type of work in my garage at home. Got everything disassembled, installed new inner axle seals, reinstalled the diff carrier group and cut the diff locker actuator wire by accident. I repaired the wire and reinstalled everything. I made sure to hold the locker position sensor in the open position while installing the carrier group. Everything seems to be fine, except now the rear and front lockers will not engage, the lights just flash. Any thoughts or suggestions on where to start? Thanks!!!

This isn't something stupid like you're not in 4Lo when trying to lock em is it? Have you jacked up the rear axle and tested to see if they are mechanically locked and the light is just because the front isn't locking? I can't think of a reason why the rear would be effected by your work up front; however, I've only dealt with lockers that weren't handcuffed by the rubi's computer.

I've only tried it in 4 low...I've never done the bypass mod, so mine only normally works in 4 low. I jacked it up and confirmed that neither front or rear differential is locked.

How long has it been since you successfully locked the differentials?

April 5th 2020 was the last time I had it offroad. I did use the lockers briefly, and they worked flawlessly. The U-joints started making some noise on that trip, prompting the front end work.
