Get one bent up at your local fab shop using 2-1/2" Black Schedule 40 or 80 pipe, weld some 1/2" flat plates on the bottom (don't forget the drain holes) drill the mounting bolt holes then get it powder coated. Then set it on your stock bumper and drill away for mounting it. Use Cadmium plated bolts not the Chinese chrome ones.
Here is my gallery link at teraflex. You can see that I also added the VDP high clearance corners. Just so you know, there is about 250k in harsh salty winters on that bar hence the finish removal. In your neck of the woods you would probably not have to worry about the finsh at all.
