Default Trac bar re-locate

OK, so I'm not sure why the heck Mopar decided to pivot the front and rear track bar at opposing ends, but to me, it's utter nonsense, who wants the suspension doing the twist every time it travels, my suspension literally moves 3 inches side to side under full compression, and of course at droop the same, so, my question is, has ANYONE ever swapped the rear (it's a bit easier) pivot, from upper right, to upper left, and lower right. Of course this would mean, YES, both axels would travel out side to side the same , and only shove off 1.5 inches to the right under compression, and swing 1.5 left loft of load. I have been beating my head, trying to figure this out, and of course for someone who road races Porsches at 160 MPH wants to make things handle, unlike my squeamish JK.
Thanks

Maybe so both ends of body would not be displaced in the same direction under certain circumstances. Having the entire body move over could make a rollover more likely.

How much lift do you have that it's moving 3"??

3 inch I believe, and the 3" is cumulative , about 1.5 inches on both ends , I've not actually measured it, but on the lift, when you put the weight back down on the suspension the travel side to side is totally measurable visually, and it's quite a bit

I'll get to the bottom of this !

Why not just eliminate the track bars all together? The rear pan hard needs to be attached like it is from the factory (if you are going to use one) due to the fact the drive shaft will hit the fuel tank if it were reversed. In the front the pan hard bar and the drag link need to be working in the same plane. You would get some funky steering results if you had the two links crossed.

You should not have 3" of axle shift if you have the suspension properly set up.

I would say moving 1.5" from center when measured from fully drooped to compressed is not all that much. are you not using a trackbar relocation bracket? The closer you can get your rear track bar to horizontal the better but make sure you have exhaust clearance with your trackbar when compressed.
