I think they all rattle and make noise. It's just the nature of the business. I guess it doesn't help that the JK has the aerodynamics of a house.

I've got a garvin rack and it doesn't rattle at all... wind noise on the other hand is an issue on the highway.

Garvin racks rattle too from what I've read, and they require drilling into the body, not doing that right now with the other options out there.

There is one that has their name laser cut on the front and it sits back at about a 30deg angle in the front, very NON-squared off looking as most are, this one followed the JK's streamlining, I only saw a pic of it but can't figure out who made it...still searching.

EDIT: found it, it was Warrior that had what I thought I wanted, too many holes to drill in the body though...

Ive heard stories about all of them which is why I bailed on the idea alltogether. Once I made up my mind, I hear about someone that had it and made a ton of noise or rattled like crazy. I think it all depends on the particular rack and assuming its installed properly. I just didn't want to go through the hassle. If I was getting one though, I'd go with the Kargo Master racks. They seem the best to me. Northridge 4x4 sells em.

First couple of days I didn't have the end caps on the runners (no sealent) and MAN did that thing howwwwwwwl down the road WITH the end caps now on...its just loud but not so erie
