Default 35" Spare Tire Bike Rack?

I want the spare tire bike rack and have seen many online but havent found one for bigger than a 32 tire. Anyone have one that works on an oversize tire? Thanks.

I tried the Thule one on my 33x10R16 and it didn't fit. The tire was too tall and interfered with the mechanism when I tried to raise it. I am currently using the Rhode Gear spare tire rack that is almost identical to the Yakima SpareJoe. I don't know if it would fit on a 12.5 wide tire, I've never tried it. My rack is 12 years old and I'm worried it could fail leaving my bike dragging or bouncing the highway. I have looked at several hitch mount racks but I have seen one that fits my function/price needs. I have seen some Rhode Gear spare tire racks on craigslist for under $50. If you find one you can try before you buy.
