This disclaimer is what worries me the most...**Picture may not be an exact representation of the product received.** Also, has to be a type because the raw version is twice the price!

 

I THINK what you're seeing there is the bumper only, even though it is pictured with the tire carrier. If you look at the listing you note as being doubled, that is definitely the bumper WITH carrier, and all these listings that are around $750 are for the bumper only.
