Default Another Jk steering issue

Going to make this short. Just put on a MC 3.5” Game changer lift with MC front tie rod and drag link. With fox 2.0 that are for 2.5” lift.. just bought kings so will be swapping those in a month when they get here. Also on 35” KO2 with a PSC big bore XD2 turning them. Now the problem after swapping the sloppy steering box I’m still wandering a bit. I’ve gone threw all nuts and bolt retightening them and torquing to specs. Caster is at 5.5 gunna get another alignment when I get new shocks to see if that’s changed anything plus I’m owed a free one. But what could I be missing. Any and all help wanted and needed. Thank you just want to be able to drive 75 on the high way with one hand on the wheel.

That sounds in the ballpark, but you can try a bit lower and higher. The chalk test may be helpful too. Swapping front and rear tires is another test you could try.

I like to check for play in steering components by having someone rotate the steering wheel back and forth about 1/4 turn and look at all the joints. Safety note: A lot of repeated turning the wheel in a short time period can overheat the power steering fluid, and it can burst a hose full of pressurized hot oil. Of course that isn't the only safety concern, but it's not obvious. At least one person here had it happen and got serious burns.
