So a week ago engine light was blinking , engine had a rough start , engine shakes and bad rpm and no power , scanned it turned oit misfire 4 i made a full tune up today with mopar and champion parts ( plugs , wires and ignition coil ) found out 1 sparplug was really bad so i got happy , but i am still having issue with rough start and a little vibrate not as bad as before but thats not my jeep a week ago , what could it be i dont want to throw money

 

What it could be is a bad intake manifold gasket. There are other things it could be (some more serious, like a cracked head), but the intake manifold gasket is a somewhat common issue with the 3.8L motor that your 2011 has.
