I took off my control arm drop brackets and installed new core4x4 lcas. I also installed Barnes 1 ton steering flip kit. Now when I pull out from a red light I’m getting 3 or 4 pops sounds like under the driver side. I checked torque on everything. Any ideas what it could be ?

 

did you grease the new tie rod ends? I just did a one ton upgrade last month. All the TREs popped a little as the broke in. (First few drives). I revisited yesterday and made sure all were thoroughly lubed. Just a thought I’d all torque specs have been met.

 

Yes I did. I actually took it for an alignment yesterday and they put some grease in them they were supposed to be pre greased though. I’m thinking I should take the control arms back loose and retorque but I may need to drive it a little and see if it goes away
