I’m trying to locate an issue and window guy thought there should be a seal there?

 

Nope, that is what it looks like. The seal is only on the door side. Is that residue left from a previous owner trying to put something there in attempt to solve a leak?

Ah, forgot that you just had the windshield frame replaced. So guessing this wasn't a brand new frame.....it was taken from a different jeep?

 

Actually, was a new crown aftermarket. Was painted and just installed.
