I have recently put a Trail Dash 2 in my 2017 JK Rubicon Recon. The install was very straight forward and easy. Now I am getting all kinds of check engine lights and other warning lights telling me nothing works. The people at Super Chips are every thing but helpful. They have walked me through the set up and it is exactly right. I can drive the jeep a couple miles and then the dash lights up with warning lights. I'M SINKING HERE, THROW ME A LIFE LINE PLEASE

 

As you have a Rubicon, first question is how is your swaybar? Try unplugging electrical harness from the swaybar and see if the problem goes away.
