Default Front Axle identification
How can I identify a Dana 44 front axle from a Dana 30? Tube size, Gear cover bolts?
I will check out a set of Dana 44 axles, but I have no clue what to look for.
To check the Gear ration, I will take the cover off or just turn one hub with the other side fixed and count the shaft yoke revolution.

Turn the yoke and count the revolutions at the axle.
