Default Death wobble ..Synergy front TB bracket cracked along with factory bracket cracks!!!

Hey all I've been hunting down some very serious constant death wobble. Last week got under the jeep and noticed my front synergy TB bracket split in 2. Synergy sent a new one which arrived today . Just finished removing the broken one only to find my factory bracket is cracked in 2 places.
What is the best option . Have the factory bracket welded back and install the new synergy ?
I'm on 4" teraflex . Drag link flip. Fixed U/L arms . Teraflex TB, synergy tir rod/ DL

Did Synergy replace that for you or did you have to purchase that new bracket? The best solution is going to be chop that factory off and go with a weld-on IMO. You're going to have to have someone do a little welding for you so you may as well do it right to start with. You could return the Synergy if you purchased it, or just sell it if it was sent as a warranty replacement. Compare how much contact a weld-on bracket like an Artec has with the tube relative to the Synergy that would be using a compromised, thin factory bracket for a lot of support. It's definitely not the easist of your alternatives, but I think it's the best.

They gave me 50% off the bracket so it was still 80$ shipped to my door.
I was thinking of having a welder beef up the factory bracket only because if I ever drop the height I have the factory parts still there.. I just want to make sure it's sturdy n safe.
I was shocked to see how the bracket was made, pathetic and flimsy . I can bend it with my hands if I tried hard enough

You’re on a 4” lift with a raised track bar bracket. That flimsy bracket will break again and as resharp pointed out, you’ll need a stronger bracket with more contact area on the axle. I use the artec bracket, that bracket is also holding my hydro ram. You probably won’t find a better bracket to use and it’s cheap(ish) to buy. I definitely think that having someone beef up a factory bracket is going to cost you more.

If you ever want to lower the Jeep back down then have a shop replace the raised bracket with a standard bracket that artec also sells.

Well I just ordered the artec raised tb bracket. I appreciate everyone's inpu. Definitly sounds like a better option.
I'm hoping the instructions are good so my local welder doesn't misplace it. The website install doesn't seem the greatest

If that Syngery bracket had more contact area with the actual axle I think welding the factory up, installing the synergy, and then welding the synergy to the tube in all places possible would have worked ok, but at that point it's just so much effort that you may as well have a cleaner install and a better outcome and lose all those bolts and spacers in the process.

Fitment with those is pretty straightforward assuming your spring perch isn't totally mutilated. Just that one corner of the spring perch should make getting the bracket in position easy even without a truss
