Default Teraflex HD front track bar quick question PIC inside

Hey guys long story short I've had major death wobble. Finally found the culprit was the synergy flip TB bracket snapped in 2 and when I removed that the OEM bracket was also cracked in 2 places.
Well with your advice I ordered a artec weld on bracket and was planning on taking tomorrow to have welded.
While getting all parts ready I was checking nuts and bolts and noticed the front TB bolt slides right through the teraflex TB hole mount, it's tight but slides . I guess this concerned me because the hole has threads which made me think it's supposed to thread on but no longer does from all the play. So I'm guessing I may need a new TB . Anyone know the answer to this or is it normal

Pic below also here's a video clip showing what I'm talking about

The bolt just slides through. What looks like threads in the sleeve is likely just impression from the bolt during wobble. None of those are threaded.

I would have used the Barns4x4 bracket.
