Default Superchips and figuring out prior mods

My Superchips Flashpaq F5 showed up a couple days ago and I finally had time to mess with it this evening. I made sure the device was updated and plugged it in, follow the prompts, so far so good, pretty easy to use. Scanning engine files took a bit, but got through it, everything seems in order, more prompts followed by "vehicle not stock" message. I can't access any tunes, interesting.. While not a huge deal, it definitely has me curious now. Under the hood everything looks as stock as can be, not sure how I'll go about figuring this out but curiosity will get the better of me, time to deep dive in it's past. On the plus side I can access all the other options I want to get the speedo dialed in a bit closer, TPMS adjustments, etc. I'm not considering it a loss as I had no real intent on messing with tunes, just wanted the option to.

The problem for me would be not knowing what was changed in the PCM, and it sounds like there is a non-stock tune in there. Could be good, or might be bad... A dealer (or a good tuner) may be able to force the latest OEM stock tune to load.
