Default Anyone with a Poison Spider Bruizer Front Bumper

I purchased a Bruizer bumper and the 8 bolts on the back of the bumper, the main attachment point, are too short. They are tack welded on so I cannot take them off. I believe it was manufactured with the wrong bolts. I need a photo of your bumper showing the bolts and how long the correct bolt should be. My problem is shown in the photo. I can't make Poison Spider understand that they basically built the bumper wrong. Any help is appreciated.

Can you post a picture of the other side, or remove those nuts and post a pic of the bolts and whatever they are welded to.

Man, I agree, that looks like a manufacturing defect to me.....though very odd. TrailRecon did a video on that install a few years back and look at this snapshot of the bolt -

Something doesn't seem right. That pic is from 9:59 in this video (it's a very short peek at it) -

I've not seen one of those uninstalled in person. You say the bolts are tack welded. Not possible to grind those welds and tack weld new longer bolts in place? That would seem like the easiest solution maybe. If not, I'd be really griping to the retailer I purchased from.

What also seems odd though is the pictures from the instructions don't make it look like the threads are as long as the TrailRecon video -

Maybe that changed over a couple years. That definitely looks like less threads showing.

Yep, I saw that video and he seemed to have no problems. I think during manufacturing they just tack welded the wrong (shorter) bolts on the bumper. They are tack welded on the back side and cant be switched. Hopefully I wont have a problem with Poison Spider. I have sent them the info with no solution as of now.

I'm just guessing, but those "washers" at the end of the threads are used to hold a bolt in place, if they were welded on the other side then why the retainer?
Like I said, just guessing, can't see the welded, head side.
I know this maybe a stupid question, but did you have to put a wrench on the bolt head to hold it while turning the nut.

The bolt head is on the other side of the plate. I can't see the bolt head the way the bumper is made but I can put my finger inside a hole and feel the head and the weld. It does look like some type of retaining washer holding the bolt in place but it is not. I was hoping that was what it was and I could just replace with a longer bolt but it is not made that way.

thanks to all who replied.
