Default Jeep vs Bronco

Just watched a really good video on the new Bronco taking on the Rubicon Trail (link below). And within the first couple minutes, what immediately caught my eye was the lack of articulation. In the video there are two times when they discuss IFS vs solid axles. Yet they never mention the elephant in the room: Articulation. But here is that difference--a screen grab of the Bronco (with 37" tires and 1" of additional droop from mods) and my 2007 X on Elephant Hill Trail back in 2010 (with a 2" spacer lift on 33" tires).

Keeping four wheels on the ground, or as close as possible, is key to not rolling over in sketchy terrain. Not having as much articulation is going to limit the lines you can choose and (for less experienced drivers than the KOH winner driving the Bronco) could lead to a rollover ...
