Default Custom sRT 6.4 functional shaker

Needed lower IAT temps so what netter than make the air devouring shaker scoop functional.
( not as easy as cutting a hole for anyone that has thought about it)

this runs all the factory parts except modified to work with my JK build. The airbox is a factory GC SRT , modified with a custom k&n filter 2.5 inches shorter and 30 degree down angle . The box was cut to allow the factory 4” air intake to attach off factory challenger shaker assembly.
factory bracket mounting points modded to sit correctly. Days of checking angles and mock ups before cutting. Made a huge difference , summer days engine 204 IAT is usually 90. Before it was 145 to 190

Gee that is awesome. Might not work for me as it would fill with mud and water where I go.

Appreciate the post Texas! It’s been a long project but it’s never going to be sold. Wanted to build one to keep this time .
