Default The fast back hard top?

My new to me 2007 JKU has an aftermarket RallyTop? (I'm unsure of the brand) fast back hard top (see pic). I saw that new they go for about $3k and I'm gonna sell mine. Are these very common? I'm not sure what to ask for a used one.

-Thanks

Good question; I have not seen many during my travels, Central Pa, .. Research Craigslist nationally, maybe FB Mkt place. I'd probably price on a Soft Slant back top to start..

i'm not sure about $3k or not. There is a company out in San Diego that is always advertising on CL around me and a new one from them is $1800. Wild Boar used to be the big producer of these, I believe, but not sure if they are still around or not. I think Smittybilt even had one for a period of time. The DFW metroplex is flooded with JKs and it is VERY rare to see one of these tops on the back of one. IDK if it's simply lack of demand or what, but not many people have them, nor apparently seem to want them. Most the fastback you see are soft tops. I would think realistically you're looking around the same price as any used factory hard top if it's in good shape, maybe $1300-1400. That's just one person's opinion though.

Rare to me means it's more expensive than a standard hard top because those are a dime a dozen.

Well at the end of the day it's the same as any other asset. Worth whatever 1 random person will pay for it. There are things were a lot of people would rather stay factory based on production quality. Brand, condition, age, etc. play into it. Just saying, several of these have come and gone without enough demand to stick around. Maybe you'll find someone close by that is just hankering for one, who knows. Sometimes you have an item that you are dead certain is going to sell, fast and at a certain price, yet you hold it for a year trying, and sometimes you have an item you think nobody wants and it sells in an hour. There are a lot of JK products that are rare....but not for the right reason. . Through it out there on CL and FBM at your ideal price and see the nibbles that come back.
