Default Chrysler Warranty Worthless?

Am I missing something, please read then let me know what I've done to have Chrysler refuse to repair my vehicle?

I purchase a new 2017 JKU Rubicon in 2017, I've had every recommended service and then some performed by a Jeep Chrysler Dealership. It's had numerous check engine lights, it has had oil on the clean air side of the engine air filter for at least 3 years. The radiator and oil pump have been replaced while being repaired for some kind of engine light. I've complained about oil on the air filter every time I dropped it off for repair or service. I was told this was normal. Never once has any of the Dealerships even suggested I needed to replace the engine air filter. The manual recommends changing the engine air filter at 48,000 miles. I do drive sometimes drive in dusty conditions, so I've changed my air filter myself many times. I found 7 receipts for 7 air filters, plus when I'm in dusty conditions, like Moab I replace the engine air filter once a week. That's how I know there's been oil on the filter.
Last year about February I had an engine code P0016 so I took the Jeep to a local dealership in the Phoenix area. They called after a few days and said I needed a new engine and Chrysler wouldn't pay for it. The reason given was that the rubber hose from the engine air filter to the throttle body was dirty. It was, it had oil and dirt in it. Again this vehicle has been serviced exclusively by Jeep Chrysler Dealerships and it's my fault? On the Mopar.com website, I counted 34 trips to a dealership.
Since Chrysler wasn't honoring their warranty I took the Jeep to a different dealer for a 2nd opinion. They were able to get Chrysler to pay for a partial engine rebuild. So I'd hoped I was good to go. Wrong the oil on the filter had gotten worse. I travel with a motorhome a pull the Jeep so now I was in a different area. I complained to the local dealer they installed a new PVC valve. Didn't help. A few weeks later with a different check engine light and a different dealer I was back at a dealer. The light was cleared and I was told it was because I was 2 quarts low on oil. At this time I had 1700 miles on an engine oil change. Now I'm watching the oil. Approximately 1000 miles down the road no oil on the dipstick. Fortunately, I'm back in the Phoenix area so I return to the dealer who rebuilt the engine. They worked with Chrysler and performed some tests then had me do an oil consumption test. This consisted of sealing the oil drain plug, oil fill cap, and dipstick with paint and having me drive 500-miles. When I returned I was almost two quarts low. The Chrysler representative disallow the test because I had an after-market oil catch can installed. They do help I had less oil on the air filter and about an 1/8" of oil in the catch can. So I removed the catch can and returned it to the dealer so they could reseal the engine and send me on another 500-mile oil consumption test, again about 2 quarts low. Again Chrysler request some tests and wanted a 1000-mile oil consumption test. At $5 a gallon, I'm beginning to get tired of these tests. This time after about 250 miles, the check engine light came on and the Jeep went into limp mode. I didn't know this was a feature on the Jeep. Max speed was 30 mph on the interstate with most vehicles going 80 mph plus. I made it to a safe pull-off and shut the engine off, waited a few minutes then restarted it. The check engine light was still on but the engine would rev up so I gave it a try. I could do the speed limit but it seemed to be stuck in 5th gear. Very slow acceleration and couldn't maintain speed on hills. Luckily I was able to make it back to the dealership. Chrysler request more tests which the engine failed, then again Chrysler refused to cover the repair under warranty.
When this started the engine was still under the Manufactures 5 year, 60,000-mile Engine Warranty. Now it's under the Chrysler extended warranty I purchased with the Jeep. So regardless I am under a Chrysler Warranty.
My advice is don't buy a Chrysler product and if you must for damn sure don't waste money on an extended Chrysler Warranty. Worthless! I have tried to contact Chrysler, except for the Chrysler Don't Care Customer Service Agents it's impossible to talk with anyone who can answer a question or will let you talk with anyone who can. The Bronco is looking a lot better now!

Where is that oil coming from? First oil in should be at the breather connection to reburn the oily fumes from the engine. Is it coughing it back from that point? Your engine is not direct injected so you should leave the catch can off permanently. What about the lemon law?

I once took my 2012 in because of oil on the air filter. Turns out that I was putting too much oil in when doing oil changes. I was dumping 6 quarts without checking the level. I needed to put in slightly less than 6quarts

I've honestly seen so many different results to these kinds of warranty issues depending on location/dealership, that I've come to the conclusion that it's all about the quality/give-a-shit attitude of the dealership.

In some cases, persistence by the vehicle owner and willingness to bump the matter up to the regional or national level has resulted in proper warranty coverage. It's a shame it has to get to that point, but that's where we are now.

LoL, Been a member here since 2013. Still ranked "JK Newbie", HAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I believe you are ranked on quantity of posts not on date you signed in.
I agree about the dealer level of care and concern because even though I am really mechanical minded and can hear the slightest unusual tick, rattle or clunk in my vehicles I took a new (then) 1994 Z28 Camaro in for service. Came back later that day and dealer said BTW we are scheduling you in for new diff gears and it was a surprise to me. I never even mentioned it or noticed any noise. Depends on the dealer and how high their GAF meter reads.

Dealerships are individually owned, service standards are set by the management, some care and some just look at the dollars, i know when I quit the chev dealer gm was getting more and more picky on warranty work, many times we did repairs we didn’t get paid for by gm, but we felt the right thing to do, the dealer can spend the time calling their service rep and get things covered, IF they have a decent service rep, we had good ones and bad ones. The service reps are employed by the manufacturers and it’s their job to save the manufacturer money first, make sure the dealer is doing their paperwork and the techs are all trained, then customer service is the last on their list, that’s why i quit, many repairs had different standards, for example, a diesel comes in and needs a battery, customer pay gm says replace batteries in a pair, warranty pay just replace the one that tests bad.
call customer service and you might have luck
