Default Warn winch won’t work under load

I have a warn 3500 winch on my side by side and use it for plowing. The winch worked perfect with my plow last year, this year when I put my plow on it stopped working under a load. So, the winch will wind in and out no problem, but when I go to lift the plow it stops and when I hit the switch I can hear clicking from the solenoid. I replaced the battery, after testing the battery would fail on load so I replaced it and still same. I changed the solenoid with a new warn one that was same model and still same. I checked all connections. I then changed the rocker switch and still the same but I reversed the connections from the switch and it will pull the plow all the way up but not let it down. I lifted the plow and free spooled the winch to let it down. Also, I bought a bad lands winch 3500 and changed the winch with same results. Any thoughts or comments would be helpful?

I would check the ground first, could be loose, could be corroded solenoid contacts,
different set up, but when i first put my ramsey winch on the jeep, it did the same, would work without a load, but quit when it had a load, wasn’t grounded very well, bumper was powder coated, all the mounting points on the frame and winch mount were powder coated, im surprised it worked at all, redoing with cleaned off mounting points and good grounding, it works great,
mine started off without a ground, it’s possible that you could have lost a good ground
