Default 3 link front axle mount seperation? GR & Motobuilt combo build

I'm pretty new. I'm not a mechanic but a fair hobbyist. Since I have the time, shop and a decent amount of equipment I decided on a challenging build. I have the option for a 8.75" lower to upper axle seperation or 9.75" which adds clearance difficulty but I can make it work. Build details for reference:
2012 4 door JK w/used XD60's
GR crossmember combo w/towers fr/rr - rear has GR axle bracket kit w/14" king coilovers, bumps etc.. Rear Axle separation is only 8.6"
Motobuilt 4 link rear system w/ 3 link front kit.
Front will be 12" kings, bumps etc...
Just removed a NAG1 w/HD converter & t-case to put in 8hp70 & Atlas
Building to clear 40's
Body off build in progress so if anyone could be helped with pictures I'm sure I could figure out how to add them. Not an easy build using different kits/different people brains of perfection Boy howdy, it's been a lot of head scratching but getting there. I'm hoping to get some helping opinions here if possible.

Any opinion on my dilemma for front axle link separation of 8.75 vs. 9.75"? My frame is fixed with already welded on Motobuilt kit.

@TheDirtman is probably one of few that could give you advice on that. He's around occasionally. I can't be much help here myself.
