2WD to 4WD drive conversion (6spd manual)
Just bought an 08 Unlimited loving her so far. One thing I’d be interested in doing is converting the 2WD drive to 4wd. Everything I’ve been finding so far is for an auto transmission. Is there a different process or parts needed specifically in the extension housing? Or even the transfer case?

Welcome to JKF. To your questions; I haven't seen a post on this conversion. Check online for the parts for yours and the planned conversion, look at the parts and their part numbers. If you have a salvage yard that has 08's to 11's go take a look get pictures of yours and those so you think at house.
