Default Jeep pulling left and dangerous to drive on highway

So I’ve got an issue that I can’t seem to fix. My jeep is pulling left the faster I go. Riding around town it’s manageable but highway speeds is just flat dangerous to drive.

Things I’ve done:
front calipers both sides
front flex hose both sides
brand new tires
alignment
adjusted drag link
tightened steering box screw

it has:
2.5 inch lift
fox steering stabilizer
35 inch tires

The steering when I first got the jeep was very very bad. I now have it manageable but it’s exhausting to drive. It had an issue with brakes locking up but has been fixed since I replaced calipers and hoses. Now when I drive it the faster I get the wheel needs to turn right to be straight. There’s a fine line though between going slightly to far right and it wanting to run off the road right. Then when you go to correct that it will turn you left. Then you have to correct that all while going 70 mph. Very dangerous that one point my traction control came on and I thought I might roll it. At this point I’m lost and don’t know what to do next to try and fix. This is not a “jeep thing” my 1992 yj had way better control than this. At this point I’m in a death trap.

If all joints are in good shape, bolts are torqued to spec, and alignment is good, I'd probably be replacing that steering box, but that is just my opinion.

Have you removed the steering stabilizer and driven it without? If it's a single stabilizer and not properly centered, you are going to get a good push the further off center it is and it will get worse the faster you go. I recently replaced my stabilizer and didnt get it centered properly and it did something similar to what your describing, the faster I went the more it seemed to push left. Once, I removed it and drove it without, I knew what the issue was, I centered it properly and good to go. This of course is as long as everything else is good and seeing what work you have done, looks like you covered the bases. Tightening that steering box screw will make it worse if you are already off center, just makes it tighter to the direction the jeep wants to pull.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is the track bar. A loose, worn, or misadjusted (aftermarket) track bar will cause some dangerous conditions as well. I was thrown all the way across the highway doing 70 in my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 when the bolt in the frame end of my track bar backed all the way out. steering got real tight to the left and then just let go all together. I was just along for the ride.

My only other thing would be to ask where did you get it aligned? Was-Mart? Dobbs? Local regular shop? I went through this nightmare until I finally took it to an actual off road speciality shop with the correct alignment rack and specs. If you take it anywhere normal they will pull up your stock specs and align it to those. Even though it may read green and good on their computer, it takes into account no aftermarket wheel, tire, or lift size. 30 minutes later my 4 month nightmare was fixed and it drives with a pinky at 80
