Getting a Motech LT, do I need to relocate my ARB Compressor?
Need some advice, Getting an LT installed by Motech, prepping the jeep to ship it in. I have an ARB dual compressor under the hood of my 2008 JK, mounted on the drivers side above the ABS system on a MORE mounting plate. It appears to be in the same location Motech will install the GM engine computer.
Will it need to be moved?
Need recommendations for relocation of the compressor if necessary.
Thanks

I mounted mine using nutserts on the tailgate. Hardest part was running extra wire back from the battery, but after that, it's a clean install. I've got the compressor, along with the air chuck and locker solenoids all mounted there. I've seen some people put it under the seat, but I was worried about water getting to it.
You will need to turf that compressor out of there. The Chev ECU and the Motech power supply board goes there in its place.
What you putting in. 6.2/10spd ?? If so get Robbie to turn off the AFM to prevent the 4cyl mode. Reason is the mechanical side of the lifters I do not like and they are renowned to fail eventually. I did not notice any difference in mileage after doing that. You will need to get proficient with and obtain HPTuners.
