Anyone have the Treks front bumper
I just found the link to T&T. Love the looks of the front bumper...just soared to the top of my list. Anyone have this yet... what do you think so far. What did you do for the finish. Was thinkin if I get one of taking it to Line X and having them finish it. I hear they have a new product that has teflon in it. Thnx for any input!

Nice looking equipment they offer...
Any of our sponsors carry their stuff?
Rear bumper has optional light too...on of my priorities!
And I'm tempted to do the Spray Can bedliner too...cheap and easy to fix.

After waiting for the Rugged ridge XHD for 2 months and cancelling it, I decided on the LoD mid-width only to find out that it has been discontinued and in redesign. Then I happened to stumble upon the TREKs website and found that I like this bumper better than both of the others. I just ordered it and it should arrive in 2-3 weeks. Undecided on the finish though, like the idea of doing it myself, with the ability to touch up anytime. I am either going to do the Duplicolor spray-on bedliner or Rustoleum Hammered finish. Any tips or suggestions on either of these would be great. Thanks.
While we haven't had anyone truck bed liner one of our JK bumpers, we did have a customer that had a buddy at a Line-X shop go nuts all over his WJ. The coating did not stand up well to use in Moab - i.e. dragging the coated parts on rocks... It comes of in LARGE chunks...
Years ago I made a one off bumper for a customer and we used a rattle can bed liner that you can get from any of the auto parts stores. Want to say it was made by DupliColor. It sprays much like any rattle can paint does, but has a slight texture, slight sheen and was durable as all get out. Bonus was it was easily touched up.
I had our shop rigs bumpers and what not powder coated and they are now back at the coaters to get ready for the Offroad Expo show in SLC. :(
