I didn't get replies about the programmer in my earlier thread so i thought i might start a new one. We have 95 octane fuel here and i wanted to ask if there is a programmer on the market that could give me all the power out of that?

What method of calculating pump ocatne ratings do they have in Kuwait? I've never been there.
