will ihave a problem off roading with 3.21 with 35's like in mud etc.

I agree...YES.

I have 35's and 3.73. I haven't had any big problems, like in mud, but it does slow you down and require a little more gas.

The only obstacle(s) I've encountered that my current setup just simply would NOT do is slow up a steep incline...it just runs out of power in 4WHigh and won't pull anymore. As soon as I switch to 4WLow...NO PROBLEM...it pulls like a champ.

So I'd imagine you'll have the same thing, only exagerated a little more with the smaller gear.
